The theme is called SimpleFolio, and can be downloaded <a href="http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2010/02/07/simplefolio-a-free-clean-portfolio-wordpress-theme/" rel="nofollow">here</a>, but I added a few modifications, such as my own logo, different fonts and a background, taken unceremoniously from <a href="http://www.slackware.com" rel="nofollow">here</a>.
